Right hand main tyre flat. Noticed after last flight on Wednesday 8th May. Reinflated and gone flat over night. Inner tube replaced and holding pressure. RL 9/5
Attitude Indicator Inop
RESTRICTION: DAY VFR ONLY
RPM gauge under reads.
RPM gauge at full power goes no higher than 2300 RPM. Sound and performance matches full power when selected just not indicated on gauge. All RPM's below 2300 seem accurate. Reduce power during descent due to risk of over speeding prop and not getting a warning with the RPM gauge.
Alternatior light periodically illuminating
Alternator light illuminating at times, unaffected by power setting. Ammeter showing correct charge throughout, Low voltage light not illuminated.
Little resistance in Parking brake
Very little resistance when applying parking brake, able to be pulled all the way up resulting in it getting jammed against the top. CAUTION: Apply very gently or don't use RR (24/06/2023): Parking brake inspected. No obvious damage or leaks found. Parking brake tested during ground run. Brake kept aircraft stationary at 1800rpm.
